Returns and Exchange Policy
This policy outlines the guidelines for returning or exchanging products purchased from our Platform.
1. Return Window (7 Days)
We accept returns or exchanges only within 7 days from the date of delivery. After 7 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The request must be raised within the 7-day return window.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all seals and labels intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are exempt from being returned or exchanged:
- Any product that has been opened, used, or partially consumed.
- Items where the seal or packaging has been tampered with or broken.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
- Items purchased during a final sale or clearance.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) to our facility in Bangalore.
Exception:
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will arrange for the reverse pickup and/or reimburse the shipping cost upon verification.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items shipped without tracking.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
- Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [Number] business days.
